Paint Shop Pro by Jasc is the best graphic programs around, no doubt about it:)
But for someone just starting out it can appear overwhelming. You see images on web pages and stationery and wonder how they were made
There are a lot of tutorials out there, and I have a list of them on the PSP Tutorials page, but sometimes the questions are more basic. If you are just starting out in PSP, check out the PSP Basic page :). I have not reinvented the web, but I have found the most comprehensive tutorials I could to answer all the basic PSP questions you might have.
